About the Portwest ERGONET FFP2 Valved Dolomite Respirator
The Portwest ERGONET FFP2 Valved Dolomite Respirator is designed to deliver effective respiratory protection while maximising wearer comfort. Its ergonomic shape is engineered to fit a wide range of face profiles, making it an excellent choice for prolonged use in demanding working environments.
A key feature of this respirator is the innovative ERGONET outer support layer, which helps maintain the mask's structure while protecting the filter media from damage and contamination. This helps the respirator retain its shape throughout use, supporting consistent performance and comfort.
The integrated high performance exhalation valve reduces heat and moisture build up inside the mask, helping improve breathing comfort in warm, humid, or physically demanding conditions. A soft moulded nose bridge seal, combined with foam padding around the nose area, creates a secure and comfortable fit while helping reduce spectacle fogging.
The respirator is completely metal free, making it suitable for environments where metal detection or electrical considerations are important. An adjustable elastic head strap with quick release clips allows users to achieve a secure fit quickly and easily.
Certified to the Dolomite clogging test (D), this respirator maintains lower breathing resistance for longer in dusty environments, helping improve comfort and filtration performance throughout the working day.
