Supplier expectations

Suppliers are expected to operate legally, ethically and responsibly in the countries where they work.

Labour standards

No forced labour, no child labour, fair working hours, lawful wages and safe working conditions.

Equal treatment

Workers must not be discriminated against or subjected to abuse, harassment or intimidation.

Human and civil rights

Workers should be treated with dignity and have lawful rights to representation and collective bargaining respected.

Anti-bribery

Bribery, corruption, kickbacks and dishonest business practices are not acceptable.
