Portwest FFP2 Valved Dolomite Respirator
The Portwest FFP2 Valved Dolomite Respirator is designed to provide effective protection against fine dusts, fumes, and water based mists while maximising wearer comfort throughout the working day. Certified to FFP2, it can be used in environments where contaminant concentrations are up to 10 times the Workplace Exposure Limit (WEL).
Its cup shaped design creates a secure fit and comfortable breathing space, while the integrated high performance exhalation valve helps reduce heat, humidity, and breathing resistance. This makes the respirator particularly suitable for physically demanding tasks and warmer working environments where comfort is essential.
The respirator features an adjustable nose clip for a more personalised fit and reduced spectacle fogging, along with foam padding around the nose bridge for enhanced comfort during prolonged wear. Ultrasonically welded head straps provide durability and reliability without the discomfort associated with stapled attachments.
A key benefit of this model is the Dolomite clogging test certification (D). This optional test demonstrates improved resistance to clogging, helping maintain lower breathing resistance for longer and delivering more consistent performance in dusty environments.
