-
Do you offer Free Shipping?
There is no such thing as "Free Shipping". Any company offering Free Shipping has included the cost of this within the product or service price + a little extra for luck/profit. Imagine including the cost of shipping into the product/service price when many customers choose to collect their order... what a boon!
We don't believe in hiding anything from our customers, so in the spirit of transparency, we don't offer free shipping at all.
As 99% of our customers are businesses themselves, they wouldn't fall for the free shipping scam anyway. -
How much is delivery?
We charge a flat rate shipping fee for most orders of £8.95. This is a direct charge by DPD for 1 single box or bag to be couriered. If you order spans multiple boxes, there is no further charge.
However, Orders requiring palletisation may be subject to further charges as these are delivered via a different haulage system.Read the entire Delivery policy here
-
When will I receive my order?

Plain (undecorated) items
- These are generally available to dispatch within 24-72 hours after confirmation of your order.
Decorated Garments
- Acquisition of your garments takes 24-72 hours.
- Embroidery and Print take 2-6 days (depending on current volume) to get through design, planning, assignment, production, quality control, and dispatch processes
- Dispatch in most cases is made at the close of the working day on a Next Day Delivery basis with DPD.
- Collection orders are usually ready for collection on the day the order reaches dispatch.
Backordered/Replaced items
- This is difficult to predict - XAMAX® customer service or your account manager will be in touch once your order is processing.
