With a 0.28mm thickness and an extended 330mm length, the A814 offers excellent resistance to tears, punctures, oils, chemicals, and food based contaminants, while still allowing precise hand movement. How much is delivery?
Standard UK Mainland parcel delivery is currently £8.95. Different charges may apply to Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, large orders or deliveries requiring a pallet. Your applicable delivery charge is shown at checkout.
Collection from the XAMAX® trade counter in Wakefield is free. We'll contact you when your order is ready to collect.

When will I receive my order?
Delivery time depends on whether your order contains plain or decorated products.
Plain, undecorated items
Estimated delivery when ordered before the applicable cut-off:

Where products are not already in stock, they are usually sourced from our suppliers within 24–72 hours. Once received, they are picked and packed for dispatch, normally using DPD's next-day service.
Decorated garments
Production begins after you have approved your visual, Digital Sample or physical sample where applicable. Decorated orders are normally estimated at 5–10 working days from confirmation to dispatch.
Supplier availability, order size, decoration method and approval speed can affect lead times, so delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
Backordered or replacement items
Lead times can vary. XAMAX® Customer Services or your account manager will contact you when more information is available.
Collection orders are normally available once the order reaches dispatch stage. We'll contact you when your order is ready to collect.

What is the returns policy?
Plain, undecorated items
XAMAX® gives you 21 days from delivery to request a return for suitable plain items. Products should be unworn, in their original packaging, complete with tags where applicable and in saleable condition.
Customised or decorated items
Printed or embroidered products cannot normally be returned unless the garment or decoration is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrectly decorated. Please check decorated orders as soon as they arrive and contact us promptly if there is a problem.

How should I pay?
Website orders can be paid by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. Bank transfer (BACS) is also available. Orders paid by bank transfer may be delayed until payment has been received and confirmed.
Customers with an approved XAMAX® business credit account can place qualifying orders on invoice within their agreed credit terms and credit limit. Only choose payment by invoice if an approved credit facility is already in place.
