About the Portwest FFP1 Respirator
The Portwest FFP1 Respirator is a lightweight and comfortable disposable mask designed to provide protection against non-toxic dusts and airborne particles commonly encountered in everyday working environments. Its cup shaped design helps maintain a secure fit while creating comfortable breathing space around the nose and mouth.
Ideal for protection against pollen, household dust, and other low hazard particles, this respirator features an adjustable nose clip that helps achieve a closer fit and reduces the likelihood of glasses fogging during use. Additional foam padding around the nose bridge improves comfort, making the mask suitable for extended wear when required.
The respirator is fitted with ultrasonically welded head straps, helping ensure a secure fit without the discomfort that can sometimes be associated with stapled attachments. How much is delivery?
We charge a flat rate shipping fee for most orders of £8.95. Larger orders, especially those requiring palletisation may be subject to further charges.

When will I receive my order?
That depends on the type of product and/or service you have bought:
Plain (undecorated) items
- Order by 2pm today for delivery on .
- These are generally available to dispatch within 24-72 hours after you have confirmed your order. We send with DPD's next day service.
Decorated Garments
- Order by 2pm and Confirm your order by 4:30pm for delivery on .
- We get them about 24-72 hours after your order.
- Embroidery and Print take 2-6 days to be dispatched on a Next Day Delivery basis with DPD.
- Collection orders are usually ready for collection on the day the order reaches dispatch. We'll call you when your order is ready.
Backordered/Replaced items
- This is difficult to predict - XAMAX® customer service or your account manager will be in touch once your order is processing. -
What is the returns policy?
Returns are handled by our Customer Services department and policy depends on whether the product is decorated or not.

How should I pay?
This website accepts Visa, Mastercard and Paypal for immediate payments and Bank Transfer (AKA: BACs) is available. Choosing Bank transfer may cause a slight delay (max 1 day) in your order whilst we confirm receipt.
Customers with an approved credit account can choose to pay on invoice which is a fast and convenient payment method for our regular customers. Choosing this option without a pre-existing credit account may significantly delay the order process.
