About the Portwest ERGONET FFP3 Valved Dolomite Respirator
The Portwest ERGONET FFP3 Valved Dolomite Respirator is designed to deliver the highest level of disposable particulate protection while maintaining exceptional comfort throughout the working day. Engineered to fit a wide range of face shapes, it combines advanced respiratory protection with innovative comfort features, making it ideal for demanding industrial environments.
A key feature of this respirator is the innovative ERGONET outer support structure, which helps the mask retain its shape while protecting the filter media from damage and contamination. This support layer contributes to a more consistent fit and helps maintain filtration performance during use.
An all-round internal foam gasket creates a secure facial seal, improving both protection and comfort. The soft moulded nose bridge helps achieve a close fit without excessive pressure, while the wide adjustable elastic head straps provide excellent stability and comfort during prolonged wear.
The integrated high performance exhalation valve efficiently reduces heat and moisture build up inside the respirator, helping lower breathing resistance and improving comfort in warm, humid, or physically demanding working conditions. Certified to the Dolomite clogging test (D), the respirator maintains comfortable breathing and effective filtration performance for longer in dusty environments.
Its 100% metal free construction makes it suitable for workplaces where metal detection is required, while the FFP3 certification provides the highest level of disposable particulate protection available within the FFP range.
