Is it the finished product?
No. It is a visual guide to help you review logo placement, colours and layout before production. The final result depends on the approved garment, artwork and decoration method.
Can I use my own garments?
No. XAMAX® decorates suitable garments and products bought from XAMAX®. We do not decorate customer-supplied garments.
What artwork should I upload?
Upload the best version of your logo that you have. Vector artwork is usually preferred, but a clear high-quality logo file is better than a low-resolution image.
Do I need this if I already ordered?
If you have already placed a decorated order, the sample or artwork approval step is normally handled as part of the order process.
What happens if you need more information?
If we need extra details to prepare a useful sample, we’ll contact you using the information supplied on the form.
