Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the measuring tape horizontal.

Measure around the narrowest part (typically the small of the back and where the body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal.

How much is delivery?
We charge a flat rate shipping fee for most orders of £8.95. Larger orders, especially those requiring palletisation may be subject to further charges.

When will I receive my order?
That depends on the type of product and/or service you have bought:
Plain (undecorated) items
- These are generally available to dispatch within 24-72 hours after you have confirmed your order. We send with DPD's next day service.
Decorated Garments
- We get them about 24-72 hours after your order.
- Embroidery and Print take 2-6 days to be dispatched on a Next Day Delivery basis with DPD.
- Collection orders are usually ready for collection on the day the order reaches dispatch. We'll call you when your order is ready.
Backordered/Replaced items
- This is difficult to predict - XAMAX® customer service or your account manager will be in touch once your order is processing. -
What is the returns policy?
Returns are handled by our Customer Services department and policy depends on whether the product is decorated or not.

How should I pay?
This website accepts Visa, Mastercard and Paypal for immediate payments and Bank Transfer (AKA: BACs) is available. Choosing Bank transfer may cause a slight delay (max 1 day) in your order whilst we confirm receipt.
Customers with an approved credit account can choose to pay on invoice which is a fast and convenient payment method for our regular customers. Choosing this option without a pre-existing credit account may significantly delay the order process.
