    • How much is delivery?

      We charge a flat rate shipping fee for most orders of £8.95. Larger orders, especially those requiring palletisation may be subject to further charges.

    • When will I receive my order?

      It all depends on the type of product and/or service you have bought:

      Plain (undecorated) items
      - These are generally available to dispatch within 24-72 hours after confirmation of your order.

      Decorated Garments
      - Acquisition of your garments takes 24-72 hours.
      - Embroidery and Print take 2-6 days (depending on current volume) to get through design, planning, assignment, production, quality control, and dispatch processes
      - Dispatch in most cases is made at the close of the working day on a Next Day Delivery basis with DPD.
      - Collection orders are usually ready for collection on the day the order reaches dispatch.

      Backordered/Replaced items
      - This is difficult to predict - XAMAX® customer service or your account manager will be in touch once your order is processing.

    • What is the XAMAX® returns policy?

      Returns are handled by our Customer Services department and policy depends on whether the product is decorated or not.

      Undecorated items fall under the distance selling regulations and should be returned within 21 days of receipt. Please contact Customer Services to make arrangements at your earliest opportunity. Telephone: 01924 266668

      Decorated items are outside the distance selling regulations and generally cannot be returned unless faulty. Again, please contact Customer Services as soon as possible. Telephone: 01924 266668

    • What are the accepted payment methods?

      This website accepts Visa, Mastercard and Paypal for immediate payments.
      Bank Transfer (AKA: BACs) is available, however this may cause a slight delay in your order whilst we confirm receipt of your payment.
      Customers with an approved credit account can choose to pay on invoice.

    • What currency do I pay in?

      We only accept payment in GBP at this time.

    • Do you deliver to my country?
