Heat Transfer Vinyl

If your artwork is simple and clear, the heat seal process makes sure that your print is as clean as your design and does your logo justice. It’s also a great way to keep costs low on short number runs.

With clinical precision, our heat seal transfer process gives super-clean and extra-sharp results.

Computer Aided Design (CAD) utilises the level of precision that cannot be rivalled without the use of machinery. High-precision vector files are printed onto coloured vinyl sheets and these are finely adjusted by hand (when needed), before being heat transferred into your garments. The end result is a super clean finish and works well, especialy when giving a strong contrast onto the colour of the clothing; black onto grey, pink onto black or orange onto blue for example.

In addition to being precise, the finish offered with this method is also hard-wearing and long lasting. As the vinyl used is substantial and built to last, it’s a more durable option that an economy heat transfer option (which is fine for short use items such as for a charity day or team building weekend clothing, for example), but our heat transfer vinyl will withstand repeated washing and intense use. It’s a popular method of producing branded clothing for all types of businesses; sports club's leisure wear or for commemorative clothing for tournaments, school trips and open days, promotional days, and is especially favoured by manufacturing and construction businesses. If your staff are working where there’s a high temperature or indoors, a t-shirt with heat transfer graphics looks amazing.

Depending on the size and detail of your design, heat transfers can be a very cost effective choice. Due to incorporating the use of mechanised printing in the way it does, the set up costs aren’t as high as for screen printing, so this method can be more friendly to budgets.
