How can I track my order?

Once an order he been marked as dispatched, you can enter the unique tracking number on your courier’s website. If you require any further information, our team will be happy to oblige.

 

Can the same item of clothing have various customisations?

Yes, most, if not all, of our items can feature your branding or other information in a variety of places. You choose where your custom features are placed at the checkout stage. Simply order the number you require with branding in location-X and then place another order for the same items with the branding in location-Y.

 

How do I customise multiple items?

Simply select which items need customising once they are in your basket before you head to the checkout stage.

 

How do I know which size of products I need?

Check out the product sizing information and our guide.

 

What if I don’t want any embroidery, printing or other customisation features?

All of our items come with no customised features as standard. You choose to add them on as an extra during the order process.

 

How much is delivery?

Delivery is £7.95 + VAT on all orders upto the value of £145. Delivery is free on orders over £145.

 

Can I upload PNG files when customising an item?

Yes - we accept all high quality file types and if there are any issues our team will be in touch to resolve them.




Is there a returns policy? [I think this might need its own page? Lots of  related answers here but the wording on the old website doesn’t make sense (see below)]

We comply with the Distance Selling Regulations Handbook 2010:

Unless you have agreed that they can, your consumers cannot;

Cancel if the order is for:

Services where you have had the consumer’s agreement to start the service before the end of the usual cancellation period and you have provided the consumer with the required written information before you start the service, including information that the cancellation rights will end as soon as you start the service

Goods or services where the price depends on fluctuations in the financial markets which cannot be controlled by the supplier

The supply of goods made to the consumer’s own specification such as custom-made blinds or curtains . This exception does not apply to upgrade options such as choosing alloy wheels when buying a car, or a combination of standard-off-the shelf components when ordering a PC

goods that by reason of their nature cannot be returned

We will accept the returned goods from you upon the following conditions;

If we are satisfied that there is a  defect in the goods provided then we shall endeavour to resolve the issue at our discretion and within a reasonable timescale.  Wherever possible goods will be replaced like for like or credit note will be issued for part/full orders.

Faults are to be reported within 3 days of delivery and returned to us within 10 days of delivery. Plain items can be returned but must be done so within 30 days of receiving. Decorated items cannot be returned unless faulty.

 

Can I order more than 5,000 items? Is there a maximum order amount?

No order is too big or too small. We have the capacity to produce and process 500,000 garments per week and are happy to accept orders of just one item.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Usually you can cancel your order within the first 24hrs of placing it; cancellation is possible up to the point of artwork confirmation. After this point your order will have already entered the production process and cancellation will not be possible as the items will be made specific to your requirements.
