Delivery

  • Can I track my order online?
  • You can only track the status of your order once it has been despatched. To do this you log on to the couriers website and input your unique tracking number. If you would like any more details about your order please call us on 01924 266668 and a member of our friendly team will be happy to help.

  • Can you deliver to a different address which is not my billing address?
  • Yes we can. At the check out you will be asked if you want to send the order to billing address or an alternative one.

  • Delivery prices
  • Our delivery prices are as standard, the easiest way to get a price is populate the basket and go to the checkout, if your order is over £145 then you will automatically get your delivery free of charge if you haven't chosen one of our express services. All other orders under £145 will be charged a standard delivery charge of £5.95 +VAT.

  • Do you deliver to BFPO?
  • Yes we can deliver to BFPO but currently we cannot accept these orders online. If you call the sales office on 01924 266668 they will be happy to guide you through the whole process over the phone.

  • Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
  • At this time we do not deliver to PO boxes Please contact us and we can discuss alternative arrangments on 01924 266668.

  • Express delivery
  • We have three different types of service levels – Service levels usually only apply to orders with customisation.

    You can choose from;

    Standard turnaround time of 7-10 working days which if your order is over £145 will not incur delivery charges.

    5-7 day turnaround which will be charged at £30 or 15% of the order value whichever is greater.

    3-5 day turnaround which will be charged at £60 or 30% of the order value whichever is greater.

    72 hour delivery is an option but please be aware that this applies to PLAIN garments only, this timescale is also subject to stock availability. 

     

  • Has my order been shipped yet?
  • When your order is despatched you will receive a confirmation email from the xamax team. If you require any further information or just an estimated delivery date then contact us on 01924 266668 and we will be happy to help.

  • International delivery
  • If you want us to deliver to a location not shown on our site then please contact us on +44 (0) 1924 266668 and we will be happy to quote you delivery costs.

  • What do I do if I've missed my delivery?
  • If you have missed a delivery the courier company will have left a card at the delivery address, from there you can rearrange delivery or pick up from a local depot. If you experience any problems with our chosen delivery partner please contact our despatch department on 01924 266668 and they will be happy to help you with any issue.

  • Will I be charged Customs and Import charges?
  • For orders in side the EU trading zone there are no charges, if you are outside the EU then your local custom/import taxes will apply; usually the courier company contacts you when the goods have landed to arrange payment.
