Conditions of free logo offer

Embroidered logos: Logos vary from simple basic text right up to complicated crests. Please note we allow up to 7,000 stitches for this process, 99% of logos are covered within this stitch count but occasionally logos may creep over this if they involve more detail.We reserve the right to make a supplement charge of 50p extra per 1,000 stitches over the allocated stitch count. We appreciate that some people will initially just want a cost for their logo and to see what it looks like embroidered. For this service please email your logo across to sales@xamax.co.uk  alternatively register on the site and upload your logo for a quotation. Minimum order for free embroidery is 24 garments. Some garments may not be suitable for embroidery and you will be told this on placing your order, offer only applies to marked items. On some occasions it maybe necessary for us to contact you by phone.

Screen printing: is mainly applied to T-shirts and Hi vis garments in one colour, if logos exceed one colour and are complex please e-mail the design to us in a VECTOR format this is usually an EPS, PDF or AI file.

Own Garments: Customer's property supplied for printing or embroidery is held at the customer's risk. Whilst every care will be taken in printing or embroidery, we cannot accept responsibility for imperfect work caused by unsuitability of materials supplied by the customer. If any error occurs while printing/embroidering a logo onto a customers own garment, Xamax is only liable for the quoted price of applying the print/embroidery to said garment. At no time and under no circumstance shall Xamax be liable for the cost of the garment.

Artwork: It is the responsibility of the customer to approve the artwork before the printing or embroidery process begins. Artwork will be posted, faxed or e-mailed for signature and approval.Printed or embroidered garments will not be accepted back under any circumstances it is the customers responsibility to check all order forms before production starts.

Returns: Garments that are Xamax branded and not decorated may be returned, they must be unworn and returned within 7 days of receiving them, a full refund will be issued excluding carriage. Garments that are not Xamax branded will incur a restocking fee of 15%. These garments must also have no decoration to be able to return them.

Delivery: Delivery will normally be made within 7-10 working days from confirmation of order (and receipt of artwork) to all UK mainland addresses. Xamax clothing co Ltd can accept no responsibility for delays beyond their control. All deliveries must be checked for the correct number of parcels and items enclosed, any discrepancies must be made known to xamax within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

 

Pricing: Prices quoted are exclusive of carriage and VAT. Carriage is charged at £7.50 per order delivered. Special offers are subject to availability and maybe withdrawn at any time.
